The role translates a business need into an observable architecture: selecting models and tools, defining sources and permissions, building workflows, and establishing how results will be evaluated.
Architecture, integration, evaluation, and operations.
You will work on Software products and enterprise projects, connecting APIs, data and tools with product thinking.
Models and APIs. Integrating language, vision, audio, or other capabilities according to quality, cost, and latency requirements.
Agents and workflows. Designing tools, states, permissions, retries, handoffs, and clear boundaries.
Evaluation. Creating test cases, metrics, human review, and quality monitoring.
Data and security. Apply minimization, access controls, traceability, and practices suited to the environment.
Observability. Record behavior, errors, cost, latency and versions to enable diagnosis.
Documentation. Explain decisions, dependencies, and operations so the system does not depend on one person.
Product thinking and an obsession with reliability.
We value experience integrating APIs and services, sound judgment with data, the ability to debug distributed systems, and a practical understanding of generative models' limitations.
