We want every stage to be useful to both sides. The process adapts to the mission while maintaining a clear sequence, and any exercise must have its scope, time, and use explained in advance.

Initial conversation A 30-to-45-minute conversation with People & Tech to get acquainted, understand your motivation, and review basic conditions.
Brief practical test Depending on the role, we propose a short, realistic exercise to discuss process, decisions and judgment, never to obtain free work.
Technical interview Review of the exercise or past experience with the team leading the mission, with room for questions from both sides.
Offer and close If there is a fit, we share the working arrangement, location, contract, terms, date, and next steps in writing.
