Trust is designed too: with clear information, proportionate controls, and shared responsibility.
Who this policy applies to.
References to Wiwo or the company include the entities and operations involved in providing each service, within the limits of applicable legislation and agreements.
The policy covers websites, landing pages, platforms, applications, demos, forms, automations, integrations, and other environments operated by Wiwo. It may apply to visitors, prospects, clients, administrators, corporate contacts, end users, and people whose data is processed on behalf of a client organization.
Data necessary to provide, protect and improve the service.
Information collected depends on the relationship and features used. Not every service requests the same categories.
Identification and contact. Name, company, job title, email, phone, country, city, and equivalent information provided by the person.
Account and access. Identifiers, credentials, permissions, preferences, settings, and access history.
Commercial relationship. Quotes, contracted services, invoicing, payments and necessary contractual records.
Usage and navigation. IP, device, browser, language, time zone, routes, events, logs, cookies, and technical metrics.
Support and communications. Messages, tickets, forms, meetings, chats, or calls when the channel used allows it.
Content and integrations. Files, prompts, databases, campaigns, and data transferred from systems authorized by the user or client.
Information may come from the person, use of the service, or an authorized integration.
Wiwo may receive data directly, automatically collect technical information, process data provided by a corporate client, or connect to third parties authorized by the user.
Where applicable, processing relies on contract performance, consent, a legal obligation, a balanced legitimate interest or another basis recognized by applicable law. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting lawful processing performed before withdrawal.
Creating, managing, and protecting accounts. Provide, maintain and personalize products and services. Managing demos, onboarding, support, and commercial relationships. Process payments and administrative obligations. Measure usage, performance, and quality. Detect fraud, abuse, or incidents. Enabling automation and artificial intelligence. Meet legal obligations and defend rights.
Preferences, security, analytics, and marketing under control.
Cookies and similar technologies may maintain sessions, remember preferences, measure traffic, analyze performance, strengthen security, or support campaign measurement. Your browser allows you to block them, although some essential functions may be affected.
Commercial communications are sent when a valid basis exists. People can unsubscribe through the mechanism included in the message or through official channels. Operational, contractual, transactional, or security notices may still be necessary.
Data is shared only when a function needs it.
Wiwo may use providers of cloud, storage, security, authentication, email, messaging, CRM, analytics, payments, support, automation or artificial intelligence; also advisors, authorities and related companies when a legitimate reason exists.
If infrastructure, providers, or teams are located in another country, information may be processed internationally. In those cases, contractual measures, access restrictions, and safeguards appropriate to applicable regulations are used.
Wiwo may act as a data controller or processor.
When Wiwo determines the purposes and means of its own operations, it acts as a controller. When it processes databases, campaigns, content, CRM or analytics under a corporate client's instructions, it may act as a processor.
In that second scenario, the client retains responsibility for notices, authorizations and legal bases concerning its data subjects; Wiwo limits processing to the contracted service, agreement and documented instructions.
Information is retained while a valid purpose exists.
Retention periods consider the duration of the account or relationship, accounting and regulatory obligations, support, security, backups, fraud prevention and dispute resolution. Data may then be deleted, anonymized or blocked as appropriate.
Wiwo applies technical and organizational measures proportionate to the service. No digital environment can promise zero risk; users and clients must also protect credentials, configure permissions and report suspicious activity.
Automated results need context and review.
Some features use AI to generate, classify, summarize, recommend, search, analyze, or optimize. Outputs may vary, be incomplete, inaccurate, or nonexclusive, and may depend on specialized providers.
Minimum load. Do not include unnecessary, excessive, confidential, or prohibited information to complete a task.
Human review. Validate outputs before public, legal, financial, reputational, or high-impact use.
Defined purpose. Use automation within the agreed purpose, permissions and policies.
Accountability. The final decision and use of the output belong to the person or organization approving it.
Access, rectification, deletion, and other requests.
Under applicable law and following reasonable identity verification, a person may request access, updates, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about processing.
Services are not primarily directed at minors unless expressly stated. Third-party links and integrations are governed by their own policies, which should be reviewed before providing data or authorizing a connection.
A limited license for legitimate purposes.
Access to Wiwo software products is subject to the applicable plan, module, country, integration, and commercial agreement. Users must have legal capacity or authorization to represent their organization, keep credentials secure, and use the platform lawfully.
The license is limited, revocable, nonexclusive and nontransferable. It transfers no ownership of the software, architecture, interfaces, brands, methodologies, structural prompts, documentation or proprietary or licensed components.
People retain their content; Wiwo receives the permissions necessary to process it.
Platform users retain any rights they hold in their materials and authorize the technical operations needed to host, transform or transmit them as part of the service. They must have sufficient rights and permissions for everything they upload.
Paid plans, taxes, billing cycles, limits, suspensions for overdue payment, and any refunds are governed by the commercial agreement. Demos and beta features may change, be interrupted, or have limitations. External integrations are also subject to their own terms and availability.
The service evolves and may require maintenance or suspension.
Wiwo makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the platform, but does not guarantee a complete absence of errors or uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, third parties, incidents, regulatory restrictions or force majeure may affect the service.
Access may be restricted or terminated for breaches, late payment, abusive use, security risks or legal requirements. On termination, credentials are disabled and information may be retained for valid obligations; the client must export its data through available mechanisms and within available deadlines.
Contractual scope, applicable law, and inquiries.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided subject to availability and without guaranteeing a specific commercial, creative or financial result. Limitations of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, assignment and dispute resolution are governed by the contract and applicable law.
Wiwo may update these documents for legal, technological or operational changes. The current version and date must remain published. For privacy and legal matters, email legal@meetwiwo.com; for general inquiries, use official contact channels.
