What this case demonstrates.
An opening can become culture when identity, experience, and conversation move together.
Digital experience. Content. Identity. Community.
Opening a restaurant and earning a place in the local conversation.
AIMA was an entirely new brand. The work had to build recognition, desire, and a community able to carry the experience beyond Punta Arenas.

Identity, food content and a consistent digital presence.
The digital experience turned cuisine, territory, and atmosphere into a recognizable story. Content supported the opening and sustained a conversation reaching beyond the local market.
Digital experience. Content. Identity. Community building.

A new culinary landmark in just over a year.
AIMA achieved a 4.8 out of 5 rating on Tripadvisor, more than 80 reviews, 11th place among 221 restaurants in Punta Arenas, and the Travellers’ Choice distinction. Its Instagram community reached around 20,000 followers.
