What this case demonstrates.
An idea becomes powerful when it connects a universal emotion with a concrete, measurable action.
Creative concept. Digital fundraising. Web platform. Omnichannel activation.
Make a cause visible and turn interest into recurring support.
The opportunity was to turn a natural phenomenon associated with Chile—shooting stars—into an experience that could bring new people closer to Make-A-Wish's mission.

Donate a star.
We built a platform where each person could choose a real shooting star and turn it into a monthly contribution. The metaphor connected the sky to a concrete action: helping a child's wish come true.
Creative concept. Web platform. Recurring acquisition. Social content. Digital screens. Email.

An acquisition experience deployed across multiple touchpoints.
The platform served as the experience's hub and was amplified through social media, digital screens, and email. Every channel led to the same action and preserved a coherent story.

More acquisition, more visits and more donated stars.
The campaign increased member acquisition by 320%, brought more than 260,000 visits to the site and turned over 1,000 stars into donations.
